HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO US?
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.
Returned goods must be new, with tags and in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition within 15 days of receipt of the order. Items must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by tags, any accessories and corresponding user manual. No refund or exchange will be made if returned items are incomplete, damaged or soiled.

RETURN FOR A REFUND
Indicate on your invoice “Refund” on the reference concerned or references concerned.
We will refund you the original price paid for the returned item.
The full amount of returns will be credited to the buyer's original method of payment. The buyer's original credit card will be credited at the time the returned items are processed and the credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cancellations by seller.
NB: Upon receipt of your returned package, we will process the refund request within 48/72 hours.
The refund is made directly to the payment method used when ordering.
