HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO US?

In the event that the product does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.

Returned goods must be new, with tags and in the original packaging.

To be returned, items must be returned in their original condition within 15 days of receipt of the order. Items must not have been worn or washed and must be in resalable condition.

Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by labels, as well as any corresponding accessories and user manuals. No refund or exchange will be made if the returned items are incomplete, damaged or soiled.

RETURN FOR REFUND

Indicate on your invoice "Reimbursement" on the reference concerned or the references concerned.

We will refund you the original price you paid for the returned item.

The full amount of returns will be credited to the buyer's original method of payment. The buyer's original bank card will be credited at the time of processing the returned items and the credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except for cancellations by seller.

NB: Upon receipt of your return package, we will process the refund request within 48 / 72H.

The refund is made directly to the payment method used when ordering.
